1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dez Picks ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

Pricing: Subscription plans are billed monthly at the rates displayed during purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged on the date your subscription renews.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be charged again and your account switches to the free Scout tier right away. To regain premium access, you must resubscribe from the Pricing page.

No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for partial months, unused time, or any subscription payments that have already been processed. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Free Trial

If offered, free trial access will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Share account credentials or sell access to others
  • Attempt to bypass security or tamper with the App
  • Harass, threaten, or defame other users
  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Dez Picks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any App content without permission.

6. Disclaimers

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Sports picks and recommendations provided in this App are for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

NO WARRANTIES: The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dez Picks is not liable for:

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
