All purchases made on Propalytics are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any subscription payments, one-time purchases, day passes, slate sessions, or any other transactions, regardless of usage, access, or satisfaction.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. When you cancel, your subscription is cancelled immediately — you will not be charged again, and your account switches to the free Scout tier right away. Charges that have already been processed are final and non-refundable. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. To regain premium access after cancelling, you must resubscribe from the Pricing page.
By subscribing to Propalytics, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly) until you cancel. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Charges that have already been processed cannot be refunded.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a legitimate Propalytics charge violates this policy. If you have an issue with a charge, you agree to contact us directly at the email associated with your account before initiating a dispute. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access if a chargeback is filed against a valid charge.
If a payment is declined, we may retry the charge. Successful retries are considered valid purchases and are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method has sufficient funds.
For any billing questions or to cancel your subscription, use the Settings page within your Propalytics account or contact support through the app. Do not file a bank dispute for a charge you authorized.
By creating a Propalytics account and making any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
